broccoli-blueberry salad

Ingredients:

1 large crown broccoli, cut into florets

1 cup rinsed blueberries

Heaping 1/4 cup toasted nuts

1 Tbs dill-flavored olive oil or 1 Tbs plain olive oil + 1 tsp dried dill

1 tsp low-sodium seasoning mix such as nori furikake

1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions:

Steam broccoli florets for 1 min., then submerge in ice bath. Dry cooled broccoli and toss with remaining ingredients.
